By booking a service with Flett's Exterior Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Services Provided
We provide pressure washing and soft washing services for residential and commercial properties. While we strive for the best results, some stains (including rust, oil, oxidation, and deep-set discoloration) may not be fully removable.
Property Condition
The customer is responsible for ensuring all surfaces are in proper condition prior to service. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, failing paint, or improperly installed materials.
Water & Access
Customers must provide access to a working water source and ensure the service area is accessible. Additional fees may apply if access is limited or restricted.
Weather Policy
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions such as rain or high winds. We will contact you to arrange a new time if necessary.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge deposits for certain services.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage to surfaces caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
We are not responsible for leaks resulting from improperly sealed windows, doors, or siding.
We take precautions to protect plants and landscaping; however, we are not responsible for damage to delicate or pre-existing plant conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if the job falls outside the agreed scope.
