Redo Policy

If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us after 24 hours of completion and within 7 days after work has been completed. We will:

  • Schedule a redo of the affected area at no additional charge, provided the issue is due to our service.

  • Ensure the redo addresses the specific concerns you reported.

Refund Policy

If a redo is not possible, or if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are considered after:

  1. Review of the service issue

  2. Redo has been attempted

  3. Confirmation that the work was performed according to agreed specifications

Refunds do not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions

  • Additional areas outside the original service request

  • Costs associated with delays due to weather or access issues
