Cancellation Policy
1. Service Expectations Our cleaning services tend to remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and surface stains using professional pressure washing and soft washing methods. Some stains such as rust, oxidation, oil, or deep discoloration may not be fully removable even with the add-on cleaning solutions. 2. Surface Condition Customers are responsible for ensuring that surfaces are in proper condition prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues such as loose siding, cracked concrete, failing paint, or deteriorated materials. 3. Water Access Customers must provide access to an outdoor water spigot unless otherwise arranged. 4. Scheduling & Weather Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions. 5. Payment Policy Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. 6. Cancellations Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us after 24hrs so you can allow the surfaces to fully dry and within 7 days so we can address the issue.
